I love this theme - just love it. I searched for hours knowing what I wanted but could not find it - then I found Civilized. However, I have one small problem.
When I first created my site I had one post (in December) and one Link. The "Link" banner and the actual link appeared as it should. I added a second link but for some reason the second link would not not show in the "View" page. I then added a second post (in January) and now my links have disappeared, including the "Links" banner. All changes were done using the Dashboard - I did not tamper with any code. It's almost as thought the "Monthly" is overlaying the "Links". Any suggestions ? - I really want to keep this theme.
Regards and Happy New Year to all.
Declan

FYI - I'm using Yahoo Small Business for Hosting.

Which file has the "next page" and "previous page" text so I can change the wording? I've checked every file and even ran a grep through PHP files and it's not found.

Nevermind. I fixed the problem (a plugin was causing the left-shifting). Anyway, I have another question. How do I reduce the background margins to a smaller width? About two inches of blank white space currently fall on either side of the content on my frontpage. I would like to reduce that, if possible, to 3/4ths of an inch.

Hello,

I love this theme, but for some reason my block quote lines are scrolling over into the paragraph text. How do I fix this problem?

Ahmed, Yes Pages were put into the default category for posts and you cannot edit it.
but what is the issue because of that ? when you click on that category, you see the pages too ?

I found what I assume is a bug in this theme. Good news: I don't think it is entirely your fault. With your theme, my Pages possess categories. Well, more precisely, the default category, since there is not a menu option to change the category. In fact, it seems that WordPress 2.1 thinks posts and links deserve categories, but not Pages. (maybe 2.2?) To further illustrate this bug, clicking the default category displayed on a Page displays a list of posts with that category but no pages.

John,

open the header.php file.

just paste this line after the
tag, but before the original 'Home' link.

Home

That should work.
